FAQ

I provide free shipping for all orders over 50 euro. Orders below 50 euro will have different shipping costs, depending on the country of destination and the package.

Please allow me 1-3 working days to process the shipment. When the shipment is made, you will receive an email with your track & trace code.

I use general shipping with Track & Trace. Because of COVID-19 some countries have restricted policies on shipping and delivery or skipped home deliveries all together. Please send me a message to find out with which shipment company I would send your order (it will be either Post NL or DHL, but most of the time I use DHL). Then check on dhl.com or post.nl for the local current status and policies in regards of delivery.

For now I only ship to Europe because there are some things I need to find out before shipment. Because there is so much to do, I haven’t found the time yet.
Hopefully I will in the future and shipment to other countries outside of Europe will be possible :).

Any fees related to duty/customs are the buyers responsibility. I cannot be held reliable for delays caused by customs or transport or other 3th parties.
But please do reach out to me if your product is delayed and I will try to find out what happened/ where it is.

As most of my products are handmade by me (the Dreamcatchers, necklaces and hair clip feathers), I don’t offer any guarantees. I try my best to make my creations as strong as possible. And fixating the details as well as I can. Although I’m faithful that they can go for a long time, there is always a chance that something breaks or goes wrong.
If this happens to your creation within the first 4 months after receiving the package, please contact me. I will see if I have the supplies to fix it and send this to you with instructions.

Please let me know as soon as possible. I’ll see if there is anything I can do.

Cancellation is possible before the shipment is made.

Returning your product is accepted within 14 days after delivery.
The product has to be in the original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All costs related to returning the product are for the buyer. Also I would like to ask you to let me know in advance that you are returning the product (this is no must).

For retour you can download the ‘return form’ here. Or find it in an email of me, along with some other links. For example the ‘terms and conditions’ and the ‘privacy policy’.
After downloading and filling in the return form, you can send it, along with the product, back to The Blonde Mystical Girl. My address is mentioned on the return format.

Making customs is not something I do on regular basis. But you can always send me an e-mail or reach out to me on Instagram with your ideas, questions or requests.

Most of my dreamcatchers are one-of-a-kind creations. This means that if you will buy one, you will have an unique piece. I normally don’t make them again, but do feel free to contact me.
